    After signing up, you will invite your clients to join your team on SociaLiner with specific permissions. Whenever a piece of content is ready for the client to review, client will receive a notification and after that they can red pen and send you the feedback in form of comments on the content.

  • Will the client see everything?

    SociaLiner is a role / permission based platform. Users, including the client will only see what they have permission to see.
    For example, you can set up the approval process in a way that prevents the client from seeing the raw content that hasn't been approved by your Art Director.

    Influencers are users with their own social accounts. They can manage their private social accounts and content. But to be able to publish a content for your brand / client, the content should go through the approval process, just like other social posts.

    Social media aggregator is a built-in tool that allows you to aggregate all the content from multiple channels for each brand / client and present them on any page on any website.

  • How does hashtag research work in SociaLiner?

    SociaLiner allows you to search Instagram and Twitter with a hashtag and see related hashtags, spelling variants, languages, popular posts and more.

  • What do you mean by Brainstorming Room?

    For each project / campaign SociaLiner allows you to create separate channels to brainstorm and share ideas and images. This feature includes chatting, notes, whiteboards and image sharing.

  • What is asset management?

    SociaLiner's built-in asset management allows you and your team to organize your digital assets in one location with separate folder and use them to create new social content. You can comment on the uploaded assets before approving them to be used in new content. SociaLiner also supports red penning on the uploaded images to make it easier to send feedback to your graphic artists.

  • What is social feed?

    SociaLiner gets the feed from all your social accounts and present them in a single page and gives you the ability to see the likes and comments and reply to your customers.

  • How much does it cost? are there any hidden fees?

    SociaLiner has a free plan with limited features. The paid plans are $25.00 / month for individual, $75.00 / user / month for brands and small businesses and $100.00 / user / month for agencies. There are no hidden fees

  • What features does Free Plan include?

    Our Free Plan includes 1 user, 1 client, up to 4 social accounts, unlimited social content, unlimited scheduled publishing, social calendar and asset management.

  • Can I change my plan?

    You may upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from Billing & Subscription page. If you upgrade, the difference will be added to the incoming invoice at the beginning of the next billing cycle. If you downgrade you will get credit on the upcoming invoice.

  • Are there any long term contracts?

    No, everything is month-to-month. You may cancel anytime.
